How can I return and refund my purchase?
We constantly check the conditions of all our products before shipping them. Hence any items that you purchased via our online store are not refundable. However, we will exchange them without extra fees unless the items are defective or the damages cannot be found by visual inspection. The exchange of items is subject to the stock availability or refunded at the buyer's discretion. The product has to be in its original condition, unused, and original packaging.
Double-check your contact information and delivery address before placing any orders in our online store. The buyer is responsible for any shipping cost for exchange or resends to the appointed address.
We do not accept any exchange or return for expired products and any overseas requests.

How do you deliver my products?
All shipment will be completed within 3 working days after we confirmed your purchase from our online store. There will be no deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Any purchases under SGD80 will be a flat charge rate of SGD15 for every delivered order.
We only accept orders for local deliveries within Singapore at the moment.

How does the coffee bean subscription work?
・By subscribing to our subscription plan, you agree to pay recurring periodic (monthly) subscriptions for an indefinite time until you cancel.
・The monthly payment is automatically charged on the date you place the first order. For example, when you initiate the first subscription on the 5th of January, you will receive the recurring charge of the subscription fee on the 5th of every month.
・The subscription price includes VAT
・You can only subscribe to the plan in our online store with a credit card or debit card. We do not accept cash or any subscription order in Suzuki Coffee's cafe.
Refund and exchange
・No refund or exchange if there is no specific visual defect or physical damage to the products. However, if the products have any visible defects, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
・Shipping fee is included in the monthly subscription cost.
・The first delivery will be shipped within 3 working days after confirming your order, with no delivery on Sundays and public holiday. The next onwards will be sent out around the date of purchase.
Currently, we only do domestic delivery in Singapore.
You can cancel the subscription anytime as you wish, and Suzuki Coffee will send out the coffee beans that you have paid for. If you do not wish to receive the coming month's subscription, you must cancel 7 days before your next payment is due to be collected.
