The third release from Ming Kopi at Suzuki Coffee, Komasti Washed showcases another expression of the farm’s distinctive Indonesian coffee. Grown at elevations of 1,350–1,400 metres, this coffee presents a rich and comforting profile, bringing together notes of chocolate, warm cinnamon and toasted walnuts.
Carefully processed using the washed method, the coffee highlights clarity and balance, allowing its chocolatey sweetness and gentle spice to shine through. Smooth, nutty and beautifully rounded, each sip delivers a satisfying depth with a warm, lingering finish.
